Home Support (Applications Open)MAP: Mutual Abundance Pathway
Accessible Care & Wellness Program (Home Support & Massage)
What is MAP
Mutual Abundance Pathway (MAP) is an intentional care initiative designed to make holistic wellness and personal care more accessible while helping us develop, document, and refine our approach to relationship-centered, holistic care.
❋Affordable/Accessible Care
MAP creates opportunities for individuals and families to access meaningful, holistic care at a reduced program rate. By making care more attainable, we can support more people while learning how to build sustainable pathways to wellness within our communities.
❋ Collective Benefit: Ubuntu
We use client feedback to develop programming that evolves around evolving community needs and access points that we may have missed. Collective wellness is our mission, and we mean that in everyway possible.
❋ Collaborative Wellness
Client stories help us understand and share the impact of our work, feedback is intentionally implemented to better meet individual and family care needs. Care is a partnership; we keep you involved in the process and learn, heal, and grow with you.
❋ Growth Focused
MAP uses each care experience to learn what meaningful, accessible care looks like in real life. Participant feedback and reflection help Mothur continuously grow, refine, and strengthen the care we offer.
Reconnect with your body and mind through intentional care, creating space to rest, restore, and return to your natural rhythm.
MAP: Home Support Cohort
Mothur Home Support is our holistic, non-medical approach to care at home. We provide compassionate support that helps individuals and families navigate everyday life with greater ease. Through the Mutual Abundance Pathway (MAP), participants receive care over a defined period at an accessible program rate while contributing to a collaborative case-study process that helps us thoughtfully develop, document, and refine our approach to relationship-centered home support.
