These sessions provide gentle, body-based support for relaxation and nervous system regulation. Sessions are intended for learning and wellness support and are not a substitute for licensed massage therapy. Session modalities: Swedish, deep tissue, and myofascial release.

Plant-based support designed to complement your care and daily well-being.

Offerings include customized teas, oils, and botanical preparations that support the body and nervous system. These can be explored independently or as part of your broader care.

Customers receive two bulk customized herbal products based on needs.

Home Care Services

We provide ongoing, high-touch care that supports individuals and families through life transitions, daily needs, and the natural rhythms of life within the home. Extended Care includes Rhythms Care, Parental and Family Support, and Companion Care, offering flexible support for aging, health changes, postpartum, grief, and other transitions. Care is grounded in a home healing approach, with each session tailored to your needs and supporting the body, mind, and environment through consistent, presence-based care.

  • Our home care services are designed as a commitment-based service to support continuity and meaningful results. Clients are encouraged to begin with a minimum of four sessions, with options for weekly, biweekly, or monthly care depending on your needs. Limited drop-in sessions may be available, though priority is given to ongoing clients.

  • Rates begin at $30 per hour. All care is customized based on your needs, level of support, and duration, with final pricing shared following your initial consultation.

    Payments are processed on a weekly or monthly basis using credit card or direct debit. Direct debit allows payments to be automatically deducted from a checking account. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

    For payment structure, clients may either pay EKOFA directly, with all documentation and administrative processes handled on your behalf, or request alternative arrangements as appropriate.

  • We believe holistic care should be accessible and are committed to supporting individuals and families facing financial challenges.

    A limited number of sliding-scale care slots are available for low-income individuals and families, and we ask that all applications are completed with honesty and integrity.
